Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout. 

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder, or contact us for confirmation.

When your order has shipped, you will receive another email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to track your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you need assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at skincare@naturalbeatifulbliss.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped. 

Please review and ensure you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you resubmit your order.

If you don’t receive your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at skincare@naturalbeautifulbliss.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
